Welcome to Seep Adda. By downloading, accessing, or playing Seep Adda across any mobile platform or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately discontinue use and uninstall our applications.

NO REAL-MONEY GAMBLING: Seep Adda is an authentic strategic skill-based social card game designed solely for recreation and amusement.

• You cannot wager, bet, win, or withdraw legal tender (real cash or currency) by playing Seep Adda.
• In-game chips, scores, coins, or virtual items earned through gameplay, daily rewards, or rewarded ads hold ZERO real-world monetary value.
• Virtual coins can never be refunded, exchanged, sold, or cashed out for real currency, goods, or services from Morebit Solutions or any third party.

You must be at least 13 years of age to access and use our Service.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The Service provides virtual coins to facilitate matchmaking stakes across 1v1 and 2v2 modes:

• Limited License: Coins represent a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access digital game rooms and matchmaking.
• Non-Transferable: You may not sell, trade, gift, or transfer coins outside authorized in-game features.
• Server Authority: In cases of connection loss, client desync, or packet disruptions, the authoritative server state maintained by Morebit Solutions shall govern all coin ledger results.

To preserve game integrity and enjoyable competition, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, macro recorders, memory modifiers, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Collusion or intentional coin feeding between players in public or private rooms.
• Exploiting network lag switches, packet manipulation, or game software bugs.
• Harassment, offensive usernames, impersonation, or disruptive behavior.

Violation of fair-play principles will result in immediate suspension, rank resets, or permanent account termination without liability.

All software, game balance engines, graphics, sound designs, trademarks, and branding associated with Seep Adda are the intellectual property of Morebit Solutions.

Open-Source Attribution: Face card illustrations (Jack, Queen, King) are derived from the open-source SVG-cards project by David Bellot, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL v2.1).

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Morebit Solutions makes no warranties that multiplayer connections will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morebit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network disconnects, latency spikes, or temporary server maintenance.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the "Last Revised" date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Service following revisions signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or compromise game balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to amicable resolution or competent courts in India.
